Hey hey!
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about internet noise—social media, advertising, news headlines, the endless stream of content. The reels, the posts, hashtags, infinity scrolling. The pressure to constantly self-promote. As an artist, I’ve been craving something different.
Welcome to The intentional Studio
This is a new space on my blog where I’ll be sharing reflections on art, creativity, and making room for what truly matters. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the digital noise, you’re not alone—this is my way of stepping back and reclaiming creativity on my own terms.
I’m craving less scrolling, more long(er)-form content.
Less attention-seeking, flashy promotional posts—more depth.
Less trying to please the insatiable algorithm—more peace.
Social media often feels like an avalanche—so much, so fast, all the time. It’s overwhelming, and honestly, it feels at odds with the creative process. Art needs space. Creativity needs room to breathe.
So, I’m jumping back into writing. Taking a deep dive into long-form, thoughtful, rich content. And it feels… better. It feels like more.
At the same time, maybe just a coincidence, I’ve been reaching for fiction instead of my usual non-fiction "how-to" and self-improvement books. The ones that tell you what’s wrong with you and how to fix it. Lately, I just can’t. I’m not quite sure why yet, but I know I need a shift.
I’ll still be updating Instagram and Facebook, but in a way that feels right for me. Less chasing. Less noise. And this—this space—feels like the right next step.
So here goes.
