Microcosm 3 is an original painting, created with acrylic paint on Gessobord, which is a square, wooden box with an acrylic primed surface. The painting has a width of 6 inches and a height of 6 inches with a depth of 1.5 inches (6x6x1.5).
The colors used in this painting are blue, white, teal, magenta, orange, purple, and iridescent, metallic gold and silver. The colors flow together to create beautiful, little sparkly areas. The edges of the painting (the sides of the wooden block) have been painted black.
Every painting in the Microcosm series has been created on high-quality Gessoboard, and can easily be hung on a wall, or placed on a shelf, table, or desk. A thick, shiny Art Resin varnish covers the surface of the painting. There is so much beautiful detail in each of these paintings.
The painting will be signed and dated on the back and a certificate of authenticity will be included with the shipment.
