2011 American Art Award Announcements!

The results of the 2011 American Art Awards have been announced and I'm incredibly excited to report that three of my paintings have been selected as winners!

The judges of the American Art Awards include 25 art galleries across the U.S., including the Walter Wickiser Gallery in New York, the Park West Gallery in Michigan, and the Wolfgang Roth and Partners Fine Art gallery in Miami, Florida.

My winning paintings are listed below:

First place in the Abstract Art Category, featured in the below image, was Lithosphere 48, 30x50 inches, acrylic on canvas.

Third place in the Abstract Art Category, featured in the below image, was Liquid Energy 4, 24x48 inches, acrylic on canvas.

First place in the Asian Art Category, featured in the below image, was Golden Dragon, 12x12 inches, acrylic on canvas.

Tommy Garrett with Canyon News recently interviewed me as a winner of the American Art Awards and you can check out the article on their website.

A gift certificate in the selected amount will be mailed to you at the address provided by PayPal. Please ensure that the shipping address listed in PayPal is correct and up to date, or let me know where to ship to if the address is different.

If you need the gift certificate quickly, and would like to have it emailed to you, simply let me know and I'll email the certificate to you within 24 hours.

The gift certificate is valid on all fine art purchases on www.hilarywinfield.com, including commission work. Gift certificates are in U.S. Dollars. A valid, unique certificate number, to be issued with each gift certificate purchase, must be provided in order for the certificate to be redeemed.

Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed anywhere except on www.hilarywinfield.com. Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed without the authorized, unique certificate number, to be issued with each gift certificate purchase. The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash. If lost or stolen, please contact Hilary Winfield Fine Art immediately.

The gift certificate cannot be used toward previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other gift certificates, cannot be resold, and is not refundable.

Any purchase less than the value of a redeemed gift certificate will result in the unused balance being placed in the account of the gift certificate recipient for use in a future transaction, unless otherwise authorized.

Any purchase exceeding the value of a gift certificate requires the use of a valid credit card to complete the transaction through PayPal.

Shipping Policy - U.S. Shipping is Now Included in the Price of Each Painting

All shipping on in-stock, original, fine art anywhere in the continental U.S. is now included in the price of each painting. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and locations outside of the U.S. have been discounted.

Your painting will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority. Shipping always includes tracking and insurance for the full amount of the painting. I will provide the tracking information to you once the painting has shipped.

For commission and custom orders, please allow up to three weeks for the painting to be created and shipped. If you have a special shipping request, such as expedited shipping to have the painting arrive by a certain date, please contact me.

For international purchases, please be aware that customers are responsible for any and all customs fees due upon delivery of their package. The shipping cost paid to me is only for carriage, not the customs fees that vary greatly depending on what country you live in.

Returns

You may return the painting for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the shipment. I will refund the full price of the painting, including shipping.

Thank you for taking the time to view my collection of original, acrylic and mixed-media fine art paintings. My artwork is created through inspiration and a passion for color and texture. I use only the highest quality products; professional-grade acrylic paint, and 100% cotton, gallery-wrapped canvas, so that each painting is of gallery quality.

The edges of every painting are painted to allow for immediate, frame-free hanging. Your painting will be ready to hang as soon as it arrives. Each artwork is original, authentic and personally signed, and after the painting has been completed, I apply a clear, UV resistant, archival acrylic gloss varnish to protect the quality of your investment.

A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every painting, including the date and artist signature. Each painting is signed on the front, when possible, however some of my textured pieces need to be signed on the back. If you have a specific request regarding the signature positioning, please contact me.
