I am a contemporary, abstract painter, and some of my inspirations include elements of the environment and nature, the weather, metal, water, wood, dilapidated old buildings, rust, peeling paint, stones and rocks, and city lights at night.

 

I notice the magic of color everywhere, often in unanticipated places - from the surface of a body of water to the rustic, industrial warehouse floor of a manufacturing facility. I am also greatly inspired by light. Light has such a profound visual effect on everything, and I try to infuse it into every painting, and to consider how different types of lighting will affect the painting.

 

Each painting is original, authentic and personally signed. After creation, I apply a clear acrylic, UV resistant, fine art gloss varnish to protect the quality of the painting, add a touch of shine, and to safeguard your investment.

 

A Certificate of Authenticity will be provided with every painting, including the date and artist signature.
